This is by far the best experience I have ever had after having four previous hospital births. After my 4th baby, I knew I wanted my next to be out of the hospital. We decided to go with a home birth and I couldn’t be anymore happy with that decision. Every midwife, student midwife, administrative personnel, made me feel welcomed and listened to any questions or concerns I had. When the day came for baby boy to be born, Hannah and Katie were there quickly, quietly and happily helped deliver my 10 pounder with zero issues or interventions. They stayed for a few hours to check on me and baby, and the amount of care they put into making sure I was set up for my postpartum period was incredible. Every follow up appointment, text and phone call was handled with grace, patience and upmost care. Something I was not used to after having some negative experiences postpartum in standard medical procedures through hospital births. I highly recommend alba to anyone looking for a peaceful, supportive and overall wonderful pregnancy and birthing experience. Do not let fear of an out of hospital birth keep you away from the best experience of your life!

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a natural, calm, and out-of-hospital birth experience! At the least, I recommend their birthing class (which I took with my firstborn, though I had OB/hospital labor) super eye opening!! Such a Phenomenal team! They are super caring and kind. Always a warm, welcomed greeting by the lovely receptionists. Though I had to wait awhile a few times for my appointments, I know there was a mama on the other side making sure all her questions were answered and she left with peace because I know I’ve run my time over occasionally from doing the same. The midwives and students help you feel secure and confident about your upcoming birth and staying healthy. They answer all your questions and beyond. It was such a pleasure just to be around you all! Thank you Alba, for the amazing experience!! ❤️

My experience at Alba was exactly what I was hoping for. I felt supported, informed, and truly cared for. All of the staff is very kind and attentive. They take the time to answer questions thoroughly and provide plenty of resources and research when there were choices that I needed to personally decide on. I never felt like I was being rushed or coerced into anything, which seems to be harder to come by with prenatal care and beyond. They were accommodating when I had to bring my other older children to appointments and they really consider the whole family rather than just the care of the mom and baby. If we choose to add to our family in the future, Alba will definitely be our choice!
