I called because I was going through a rough traumatic experience. James the counselor truly cares and helped me every step of the way.

One of the counselors put me on speaker when I wanted to share something very painful, thereby breaching confidentiality. Obviously I knew it was because I could hear my voice. She straight up denied it with an attitude and said “you are not on speaker MA’AM.” Not reaching out to you all anymore but I guess that’s what you get for free service.

The two women counselors who came to help my family in a very serious situation yesterday were absolutely incredible. They were truly amazing and I am so grateful for them.
