The website says "In the early weeks of pregnancy, the fetus pain sensory receptors are quickly developing, and the baby’s capability of experiencing pain increases as the pregnancy progresses." There is no citation for this fact. The American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (2025) says, "The science conclusively establishes that a human fetus does not have the capacity to experience pain until after at least 24–25 weeks." The Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health (ICAH), label AID a Crisis Pregnancy Center (CPC) with biased agendas, lacking medical licensing and potentially misleading clients about abortion access. I would consider planned parenthood instead.

I came to the clinic after finding out I’m pregnant. As I currently have no insurance I looked for a clinic that could help with decent reviews. I came upon this one that had availability the same day. I came in on a Saturday with my son. They were friendly and kind and gave me information that I kind of already knew but was a good refresher. I then came in for my ultrasound some days later and the technician was very kind and her being bilingual was great too. Before leaving we got a little gift and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. They provided many resources if we need any help with doctors and all that good stuff.

I recently visited this clinic after finding out I’m pregnant, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so special and cared for. They even offered tea, crackers, and mints—such a thoughtful touch that really helps when you’re dealing with morning sickness. The ultrasound itself was wonderful. The tech was very patient, gentle, and bilingual, which made the experience even more comfortable. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. To top it off, they surprised me with a small gift at the end, which was such a sweet gesture that made the visit even more memorable. I left feeling reassured, cared for, and genuinely appreciated. Highly recommend this clinic to any woman looking for compassionate and professional care!
