They don't answer the phone, so you can't make an appt. A charity that ppl can't access is useless.

They answer phone calls, but when they answer, you’re going to be on hold and they will drop your call. No call back at all

I'm shocked at all the bad reviews. This clinic has always been great to me and has been my go to since I don't have insurance. I would say it's mostly for routine check ups as they have availability pretty far out, don't expect to set up and appointment the same day. They used to do walk-ins but they don't anymore which sucks. I've had great and friendly staff every time I go. The only thing they should work on is answering the phones! They never pick up sadly so you do have to go in office which is inconvenient and may be impossible for some

I came to read reviews to see if anyone was having difficulty setting up an appointment due to the clinic not answering OR returning calls (DURING BUSINESS HOURS) (this is my 2nd week of consistently calling) I've left numerous voice-mails I saw in the reviews others who also called numerous times received no call back and as a result some drove from far distances only to be turned away. There is also no way to set an appointment online at their website What do we do? I guess we'll have to do an in person just to set an appointment. wOw!
