About This Service

The AVAC Food Bank provides wholesome foods for the homeless, hungry, elderly, and all those under 150% of the income poverty guidelines who reside within the service area of the AVAC. More than 600 families are currently registered with our Food Bank. Qualifying individuals and families are eligible to receive food twice a month.

We are retired and enrolled in the produce for the people which has expanded into other foods. We love everything and if we can’t use it we donate it to those who don’t drive and are very needy. Thank you.
