They sent a front-desk worker into the bathroom after me after I publicly complained about them.

Arriving to Los Angeles seven months ago, with only a duffel bag. I was greeted at APAIT and quickly given assistance with housing to stay off the streets. I then learned about programs that they offered and took advantage of those. And I could probably say that they assisted me on getting my Life back on track.

I was receiving services here since 2020-2025. The therapist dropped all my services here in the beginning of 2025 saying the billing is not going through with Medi-Cal, because Medi-Cal is my secondary insurance. She told me to resolve it. So I found another organization, and now four months later the therapist called and said they were able to figure it out and asked if I want services again if I don’t have a therapist still. I declined and was told that she will send me a disenrollment letter via email just so that we are “on the same page and we are ok”. It’s ridiculous and I don’t know what is going on inside the organization but I will avoid them in the future.
