The Emergency Shelter is a 50-bed facility available to homeless families and single adults. The program is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customers are provided 3 meals a day and basic needs items as necessary. Support for every adult includes comprehensive case management. It sucks. The staff really aren't that helpful, they feel that throwing you out is a threat. Access itself sucks and isn't very helpful.

Ask around and you can get an honest answer about this place. Wont publicly post my real feelings about this shelter or access in general. All I will say here is I dont have anything nice to say.

Compared to the homeless shelters in Worcester and other places, this is quite nice, they offer food, they let you stay during the day, the people I was around were quite friendly and not nosy at all. Worst thing you might encounter is a junkie or a dirty shower.
