David King rated 1 a year ago Ask around and you can get an honest answer about this place. Wont publicly post my real feelings about this shelter or access in general. All I will say here is I dont have anything nice to say. |
Sydney Manthe rated 5 a year ago Compared to the homeless shelters in Worcester and other places, this is quite nice, they offer food, they let you stay during the day, the people I was around were quite friendly and not nosy at all. Worst thing you might encounter is a junkie or a dirty shower. |
Nancy Godbout rated 1 a year ago Nasty place I ever been too people are rude they think there all that! Even the staff won’t do anything if someone bullies you they will listen to the bully people not the people who stay to themselves! Drugs and they drink a lot too! |
Richard Menzano rated 5 3 years ago I have been there a few times i know all of the staff some personally others only thru my stays there. As far as homeless shelters go nobody who is truly homeless should complain. They provide 3 healthy meals orr day plus an evening snack. They provide you with all your bedding and a cosmetic care package upon admission. Families come first here and alot of the single residents resent that. As far as cleanliness all cleaning is up to the residents. Everyone is assigned a chore and that chore is checked everytime it is supposed to be completed some people dont clean as well as others but if you don like it clean it or dont stay. Staff will help you with your needs and as with anyplace like this you have to find the staff who want to help and not just a paycheck. Ive read reveiws from people on here who only say what they do because they violated the rules and were discharged. This is a good place but like anyplace else the people there effect it but if your looking to do you and get your life back together this is a place that can help, if you can do the work. And if your a struggling family thats trying to keep it together this is a place that can and will help if your willing to do the work. |
