Very unprofessional, I've called several times and was hung up on by someone . I chose a family and the agreements we signed for during the adoption only certain things have followed through, I would not recommend this company as they don't get back to you and very unprofessional.

We originally were just using ACH for a homestudy, but ended up adopting our daughter through them as well. Sylvia, Kelly, Parker, and the whole team were wonderful to work with. Sylvia was so sweet with us doing the homestudy, and helped us fill out grant papers. Kelly is an absolute angel and was great at communicating the whole time, even after hours. Parker helped set us up with adoption assistance, and walked us through the whole process. It was a fast adoption, but we couldn't have been happier with the support we received from A Child's Hope!

Our adoption coordinator Kelly Dunbar was incredible. We were facing an incredibly stressful and volatile situation (even for an adoption) which Kelly helped us navigate with heart, humor and clear-headed decision making, We could never have arrived at this perfect disposition of our beloved grandson without the perfect adoption coordinator, As someone who went through the adoption process 23 years ago with ny own daughter, and as a former attorney who has worked with countless family professionals, Kelly is unmatched in her professionalism, responsiveness, wisdom and overall humanity,
