Many young women who are facing an unplanned pregnancy don’t have a safe place to live. Alone and overwhelmed by the future, they may believe abortion is their only option. At 29:Eleven Maternity Home, we empower expectant mothers through safe housing, healthcare, counselling and life skills training–so they can feel confident as they navigate towards parenthood or creating an adoption plan.

Abby told me, “As soon as your clothes dry, you need to leave.” They will kick you out instantly no grace, no compassion, not even time to find a ride. Go in your room touch your things. Thank God I had money and that my clothes were already drying, because any other mom without money would’ve been put out on the spot. I even told Abby my husband doesn’t get off until 5, she did not care at all. But she let the mom (D) stay that was talking about children, the same mom that started the rumor that the program was a scam. When I told staff they confronted her and she said it was a joke. They were fine with letting her stay but me agreeing it was a scam was a no go.
When I told them the things Liz did/said Liz got very hostel screaming yelling cursing me out calling me a liar threatening to put her hands on me and when I didn’t yell and scream back I was accused of poking the bear by everyone at the table. I cannot help it that I am telling the truth and I don’t need yell scream curse and cry to convince ANYONE. They also let Liz stay after threatening me. Liz also threatened Deanndrea for her explicit comments. See the pattern here?
These people are Absolutely disgusting. They spread lies, & will not give you a chance to tell your truth or check the cameras for proof. There was a dispute with the mom’s there And I simply said check the cameras and Abby said I don’t need to. I’ve made up my mind. I was kicked out within 10 minutes over a text where I simply agreed with another mom that this program felt like a scam because they take 30% of your income but Never disclose that it also includes tax refunds and FAFSA. That was not in the paper we signed. I never initiate this conversation, I simply joined in. They also said, I said horrible things about the staff and the girls there that was absolutely not true. The mothers there all lied in order to stay under their roof/control because Abby will kick you out in less than 10 minutes and she made that example out of me.
This program is not about safety or support it’s about control. They take 30% of your income, then treat you like a child: 5 pm curfew, taking away phones, endless meetings, pulling you off important calls, silencing your voice. I never had a problem with that, but silencing my voice, I will always have a problem with that.
This program is not a “ Privilege” , It’s a money-centered setup that preys on vulnerable women. The only people they “help” are the ones they can control. I am absolutely GLAD to be away from there and I didn’t need to beg and lie to stay there like the other moms unfortunately.
This is from a child of God, standing in truth
