Valley Women’s Clinic was a happy accident from calling google listings that led to new extended family. I was new to the area and found solace. I received help from both Gretchen and Emily at both valley view locations. I wanted to say from my family thank you again for all your support , patience, and direction during my pregnancy. We made use of each and every item received. The prayers were answered with a healthy delivery. We get such wonderful feedback regarding the beautiful knitted items especially the blankets. Truly amazing people. Clinical staff, coaches, front desk, etc!

We couldn't have ever done it without them. They have done so much for us and our newborn baby we really were blessed coming across them. Thank you all for all the support and helping us get everything for our little man. 💙 The staff are like family to us we absolutely love every single one of them. We absolutely can not thank them enough!

They have a 15 minute late policy which they do not inform you about. I made an appointment and asked that I would receive an appointment reminder to my email because I have no phone service. They agreed and said that was standard. They never sent one. I called for several days ahead of my appointment to confirm the time and location and got no answer at all. I finally got ahold of them the morning of my appointment and found out that they scheduled me at the location in Blacksburg. I told them I would be running late and the person I spoke to said it wouldn’t be an issue. I drove 30 minutes to get there, couldn’t find it because the office is hidden behind several other businesses, and ended up being 24 minutes late and they would not see me. So I turned around and drove another 30 minutes home. I wasted over an hour of my morning because this office is highly unorganized and uncoordinated, as well as lack compassion, which is insane considering what kind of work they do.
