When I went in to confirm my pregnancy the nurse who helped me out was very unpleasant. She took me to the back and asked the standard questions before she let my partner go back there with me, which is normal. The first thing she said to the both of us because she hadn’t said anything to me before other than ask those questions was, “You two look miserable!” With the most disgusted face. I will never forget this. This lady knew nothing about what we were going through. This was supposed to be a happy experience as it was my first check up. Once she confirmed I was pregnant which was by a standard pregnancy test that you can get from the dollar store, she asked, “Now, what do you want? Why did you come here?” Just a terrible experience and one I’ll definitely never forget. Thanks for ruining it for me!!

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. They provided the pregnancy test and sonography completely free, and the entire process was straightforward from scheduling to the visit itself. Nurse Lindsey handled my appointment with good care, and she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. She gave us all the information we needed, answered every question patiently, and never made us feel rushed. Even though the appointment was supposed to be about 45 minutes, she spent almost an hour with us, which was very generous. It’s rare to find care like this, especially at no cost. I’m genuinely grateful for their help and highly recommend this clinic.
