I went in to take a CPR class with them that they were offering for expecting parents. I got to the class minutes late because I had an office stop me on the way. I got to the class and the registration lady was super rude to me. She gave me attitude and I felt like she belittled me. Walked out of that class as soon as I could. Very unprofessional and disappointing to say the least.

Fake and disgusting. Don't lie about what you do at your establishment please.

I called to talk about getting a pregnancy test and told them all this info about how late I was and when I got there at the appointment time I was told they couldnt even do the test because of their policy regarding the length of time I was late. I WANTED ANSWERS why wasn't I told about this policy when I called with the same info? I left more upset and scared than when I went in. Utterly ridiculous if you have a policy tell people on the phone so they don't waste their time or get their hopes up.
