UNPROFESSIONAL!! They had appointments available on New Years Day. I made an back up appointment on that following Friday as a back up. I was contacted and reassured that they would be open on New Years Day so I made arrangements to go to work Friday instead. They followed up multiple times confirming my appointment. Even contacted me on New Years Eve. However, two hours before my appointment they canceled due to staff shortage. I am pissed because they blew up my phone for this appointment, I rearranged my work schedule AND thier scheduling times is very limited so now I don't have an appointment!! Y'all knew it was NYE so now everyone is "sick". If employees can't do something simple like come to work, why would I trust them with my care!!

Trigger warning I had an ultrasound done here about a month and a half ago and found out I was pregnant with twins and they had no heartbeats. The kindness I received here has definitely helped me keep going. I was given a box that had a handmade baby blanket and a pair of booties. These gifts have been monumental to my healing and I’m so thankful for that. I have a lot of love for the two women I worked with that day and will be back for my next pregnancy.

I’ve debated on sharing this, but I feel that I should. I had good experiences with this organization prior to this, but after my last ultrasound I was left feeling extremely used and violated. Let me start by saying I was probably about 12 weeks pregnant after a very traumatic miscarriage. They knew this. Instead of the normal tech doing the ultrasound, 6 women I had never seen before walked in and 1 by 1, they started practicing on me. I was never once asked for consent to be trained on, and it was clear that they had NEVER done this before. One woman pushed on my stomach so hard for 20+ minutes continuously without letting up pressure even after the other ones told her she could “let up” between photos. These ultrasounds usually take 15-20 minutes tops…. After the 1 hour mark I heard them say “The next girl didn’t show, so we can keep going on her”, AGAIN without consulting me as to whether this would be okay or not. After over 1.5hrs, with no end in sight, I finally gathered up the courage to say I wanted to leave. I had contractions and bleeding in the days following. I was so scared, I cried for days. The pregnancy pulled through, but as I said, I felt extremely violated and used. They should have asked me if it was okay to train on me first, and given timeframe on how long they would “use” me for. I will also add, if you are looking for an abortion, do not go here. They are an extremely pro-life facility and will try to convince you by any means NOT to have an abortion.
