Pros: A.) The organization does some positive work in Washington State. B.) The organization has deep roots in communities throughout the PNW. C.) The organization provides shelter and housing for over 3000 homeless people daily. Cons: 1.) Frontline staff has little to no influence on how the organization operates. 2.) The organization has a habit of enabling the people they serve. 3.) The organization provides more bandaid approaches than solution oriented processes.

The worst place you could possibly live. Cockroaches bed bugs the staff constantly yells at us and gets in her face for no reason it's a very volatile and toxic environment it's not any kind of Christian organization it could not pass any sort of inspections and any money being funded to Catholic communities is going to waste it certainly not going to the residence. I live at the winona. It's you can't believe what the staff gets away with here.
