This center's website makes it seem like you can receive health care services if you are pregnant, but the fine print explicitly says that you shouldn't rely on them for "professional or medical" advice when it comes to family planning or ending a pregnancy. They are not obligated to explain all of your options to you and can't substitute for medical care. They offer a free pregnancy test, but their clear objective is to convince women to continue their pregnancies. I wouldn't recommend if you want unbiased, medical advice and all of your legal options.

They are anti-abortion and anti-birth control. If you want actual, factual, compassionate medical care for your pregnancy, Planned Parenthood Ashland is a great low-cost option.
