THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! I’ve called numerous times now to schedule or reschedule an appointment and the staff has yet to “assist” a customer.

This organization offers crucial support to pregnant women and mothers with young children (aged 1-5). Their services include providing food gift cards for pregnant individuals and nursing mothers. They also supply essential items for new mothers such as formula, diapers, and breast pumps, as well as car seats. The people running this organization are truly wonderful. They take the time to explain all the available options clearly and even inquire if there are other ways they can assist.

It would be nice if they actually listen to you on how much your baby eats. My baby is a preemie and will not start foods at 6 months and eats more than a baby born on term. Love lactation here thoe. Even thoe they all do the bare minimum! They don’t have any sippy cups for preemies ! Staff handed me a regular sippy cup. Obviously they don’t know what my baby truely needs and only offer what they want/have. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE SWITCH OFFICES
