They scheduled me specifically FOR an ultrasound.. I called to confirm my appointment the day of, found out there was a whole process to even order me an ultrasound. I was disappointed, the lady on the phone also rudely said “we don’t just order ultrasounds for anyone!”… well then maybe when making appointments confirm that there’s a process before the ultrasound. I’m almost at the end of my first trimester and have not seen anyone because with the holidays going on nobody was taking me in, I felt relieved when this place “took me in for an ultrasound”. From the lady giving attitude on the phone to them not telling me and my partner the process to actually get to that ultrasound and lying to me saying that my first appointment was for an ultrasound.. I do not recommend this clinic. This place is only trying to take more money from you! They do not take insurance which was fine with us paying out of pocket but them trying to get more out of us with the way they talked to us? Very unprofessional.

This place tells lies about the abortion process. The lady that “explained” both the medication abortion AND the procedure clearly didn’t understand that SEPSIS is a critical infection that you can die from, not related to hemorrhaging. The only good thing about this place is the ultrasound tech. She was super nice and actually informative.

These are not women supporting women. They lied to me about providing the documents I needed.
