My experience at Mosaic Clinic was truly wonderful, largely thanks to Cindy and Sarah! They weren't just professional and knowledgeable; they were genuinely nice and loving people. Cindy has such a warm and comforting presence, and she made me feel instantly at ease discussing my concerns. Sarah was incredibly patient, answering all my questions with so much care and detail. You can really tell they both love what they do and are passionate about providing the best care possible. I walked away feeling so supported and confident. I honestly wish my entire pregnancy could go as smoothly and pleasantly as my first visit to this clinic did because of them. If you're looking for a clinic where you'll be treated like family, I can't recommend Mosaic Clinic enough, especially with Cindy and Sarah on the team!

Do not even bother going there. The new management is unprofessional and lacks empathy. I was instructed to call their main number, which I did—twice—before deciding to go in person to try to make an appointment. During both calls, I answered all of their questions, yet they continued to ask even more questions that were unreasonably intrusive and, in my opinion, should only be discussed in person. When I eventually went in person—hoping to see the same staff who had helped me in the past—I discovered there was new management. That is when I understood why this experience was so problematic compared to my previous visits, which had always been helpful and respectful. Even though they had an opening to see me, they still insisted that I call the number again to schedule the appointment, instead of simply booking it while I was already there. This was unnecessarily inconvenient and dismissive. I sincerely wish the previous management were still in place; they were professional, considerate, and genuinely helpful in contrast to the current team. It is very disappointing to see how much the quality of service has declined. Shame on them.
