I was nervous and they made it very comfortable for me.. This is my first and learned sooo much! Extremely helpful!

I admit I was kind of nervous being that I haven’t been pregnant in awhile but once I walked into the back with Ms.Elizabeth and sat on the couch it felt comforting. She was nice, attentive, and informative! I liked the setup in the back and the helpful packet given to me at the end. Great service, especially how you can sign and consent digitally instead of all those papers and the waiting time was not long either. 🙌🏽

Just left this clinic without going through the urine pregnancy test. Lady at the window is rude and arrogant. Someone so miserable shouldn’t be working in a place like this. She should apply at Walmart instead, but honestly the service and people are nicer there. Tv is so loud in waiting room you can’t hear over the window. You will reach halfway into the window to give your ID because she’s too lazy to get up from the chair. Expect to wait over 20 minutes to have your name and address put into computer. You are forced to wear a mask when it’s not mandated and judged the second you enter the building. It is an uncomfortable environment, especially for someone that is pregnant. AVOID THIS PLACE.

My friend and I came to find out the nature of her unwanted pregnancy. While waiting my friend experienced judgement and unprofessional behavior from the nurses inside. She was judged for wanting an adoration, which is her chosen option because of her circumstances. I video called her because they wouldn’t let me go with her and she was sobbing on the video call. It’s sick to imagine that in such a vulnerable moment the staff here has no sensibility or compassion, especially dealing with pregnant woman. Staff should keep their personal beliefs and opinions to themselves, because it’s a work place of facts not opinions. We were very disappointed with the situation here. We won’t be back and will be sharing this experience to steer others to a place much more considerate and compassionate with ALL cases.

My initial appointment I was able to see a ultrasound of my baby which began the start of me being overwhelmed with joy! With this being my first pregnancy everything was so new to me from finding a doctor to what I needed to do next! The ladies at this center was able to guide me on where to get the support for everything I needed as well as a zoom class that happens weekly to prepare Mother’s for their bundle of joy that Is coming. Cassandra the teacher in the class is very amazing and is great with touching on allllll aspects of parenting. The only feedback I would give to the center is having a easier way of being able to contact them.
