Next Step Pregnancy Center

I arrived at this center after driving for an hour and a half with my baby. I am currently without stable housing. I was staying in an Airbnb and now living out of my car. When I arrived, the door was closed. She said they lock the door at 3:15 PM. This was my second visit with a 3:00 PM appointment, and I arrived around 3:20 PM. I knocked on the door and called, but she did not open it. I understand that being late is my responsibility. However, during my first appointment, I arrived at 3:40 PM and was still seen and stayed until 5:00 PM. On Google, it says the center is open until 4:00 PM, so I believed it would remain open for clients. But today I was told they close at 3:15 PM earlier than the 4:00 PM closing time listed on Google even though there was a client with a 3:00 PM appointment. If you were going to lock the doors early, shouldn’t you call or text your last scheduled client? Please be consistent. For the first appointment, I arrived at 3:40 PM and was accepted. For the second appointment, I arrived at 3:20 PM and the door was locked? During my first visit, my baby kept crying, and no one offered any help. she simply watched and did not try to assist. She did not seem to like children very much. It makes me question whether this is truly a pregnancy resource center. I drove for an hour and a half with my 4month baby and completed the required Bible homework, yet I received nothing. It would have been better to use the gas money to buy diapers. Instead of receiving diapers, I wasted my time and gas. My baby does not have enough diapers, so I had to put my own underwear on my baby, and she is keep crying in the car. If you plan to close at 3:15 PM, please update your Google hours to reflect 3:15 PM. Please note that this place effectively closes at 3:00 PM.
