Very friendly and welcoming. Always looking to help out in any way possible. Learned a lot and continue to learn new things. Every class is interesting and very helpful. Love the staff. Great place to come if you are new to parenting.

At first I thought they were great, but then the DAY OF my scheduled ultrasound appointment they call me a COUPLE HOURS BEFORE to CANCEL & give me a referral to a place promising I can be seen there and do ultrasound there & the place they referred me to call doesn’t even do ultrasounds or same day new patients & said I should keep my appointment with Muskegon Pregnancy Services, so I call back & they tell me they won’t see me because I had a Thyroid Gland issue, even though it was treated years ago & I’m on medication for it. Said I didn’t fit their criteria, even though MAJORITY of women have thyroid issues or find out they do once they get pregnant. They’ve seen my friends with thyroid issues & seen other people that were actual high risk pregnancy but REFUSED to see me again & do my scheduled ultrasound appt because of it. They are not as educated on medical aspects that can correlate with pregnancies like they make themselves seem. Literally will do the bare minimum.
Only perk is they give you a free baby blanket.
10/10 disappointed & wont recommend & will continue to spread the word.
Darci is the executive & for being so high up she was so uneducated and unfair on what topics actually were & how some actually work and the steps of things. She played it off like she knew but she didn’t & it was obvious. She gets a little bit of information then stretches it to her imagination for what she thinks it is without true knowledge. If I would’ve not said how I had a TREATED Thyroid Gland issue from YEARS ago they would’ve seen me, but because I told them she decided not to even though over HALF of women have thyroid gland issues. Lol seriously what a joke.

I have been part of the program twice now for both of my pregnancy and they are amazing! Lots of physical resources. And my second pregnancy is high risk and they are emotionally supportive too! So many wonderful people! Thank you and I recommend them for everyone!
