Um they have to coordinate better with their facilities about open availability with their appointments and then apologizing for making a mistake and not making a client or Customer feel like they’re in the wrong as if they are doing you a favor! Maybe retrain and go over policies and procedures with registrars And customer service from nurses

I'm so thankful to have these ladies in my life. They are truly angels in my eyes. They lifted me up and gave me a sense of hope when I felt scared of the unknown. Not only do they support your beautiful journey; they guide you even more after the pregnancy! The gifts and diapers are just an extra sprinkle of love. They offer many classes such as Julie's child- like faith class, which is held at a church! She is a wonderful teacher and mentor. The lady on the phone was giving me trouble and didn’t really seem like she wanted me to go to my appointment. I didn’t get a verification for my appointment and I came in at the wrong clinic and she canceled my appointment. They are supposed to confirm the location and the place I went to was the one I put as my location but idk if there was a mix up but it should be handled better because this is my second time the location is messed up.
