Entitled people, they lack empathy. I utilized this resource center for diapers and wipes only when I was in need. I stopped by, there was a woman who didn't know where anything was and my response was "I'll come back when someone else is here who knows where the items I requested are." Someone actually called me basically telling me in a nice way, you can't come back here and this is for emergencies only as if my needs weren't. She stated that I can come six times a year. I honestly think, at that moment she forgot that people donate to help the community in times of need. This woman who called me acted like she bought all the diapers and wipes. I say all this to say stand on your company values and beliefs. I thank God He has turned my situation around and I no longer need to use this place for what it is intended to be used for, resources. I pray God blesses this center with an overflow and an abundance so that parents who use resource center like this can be blessed the way I was. I pray that when He sends human beings to this resource center that you all will understand that some people actually need help so maybe you should treat them like there situation is an emergency.

First of all, my google maps took me to country financial for some reason as the location of their building (pregnancy resource center in Bloomington) and I had to call a staff member to give me direct directions to the office and she stayed on the phone with me and did so in a very patient manor - she was VERY helpful. The girl who scheduled my appointment the day prior was also very friendly! I was seen right away even though I was early and the nurses (one of their names was Staci) I cannot remember the other nurses name - were beyond friendly and informative. The office was very nice, clean & friendly. I highly recommend!

This pregnancy resource center is not there to provide resources to pregnant people. It is there to talk them out of an abortion. If you are pregnant and in need of resources, regardless of whether you plan to keep or terminate your pregnancy, please please please go to Planned Parenthood first. Planned Parenthood provides medical care, information, options, and support no matter what the final chapter in your pregnancy journey is. If you want to pray, feel free to visit this place, but I would recommend praying with people you have relationships with who care about you as a person, like your pastor, youth group leader, parents, or friends.
