About This Health Center

LIV Pregnancy & Women’s Wellness is a 501c3 nonprofit organization providing healthcare and support services for women and families on the Big Island of Hawaii. They offer pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, wellness appointments, childbirth education, doula services, mom's groups, and postpartum support. LIV also provides grief support for families navigating loss due to miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth, or infant loss. Additionally, they operate The Exchange @ LIV Kona, a resource for new parents to obtain material items needed for their growing families at no cost. LIV is committed to providing comprehensive, life-affirming reproductive health and pregnancy care, and all services are accessible to every woman in the community, regardless of income or background.

Such a wholesome beautiful experience. The staff I met at the Kona location were the friendliest staff I have ever met. They gave me some fresh bananas because I was feeling a bit light headed and made sure I was comfortable during the ultrasound. Felt very safe and well taken care of. They provide lots of amazing services for all spectrums of the pregnancy/parenthood experience.

Very friendly very welcoming . Ultra sound tech was very nice and gentle ! Way better experience than going to the alii health center ultrasound tech ( the ultra sound tech at alii health treated me with very little patience and was very rude which has made me and my husband decide to not go back for prenatal care .) i highly reccomend getting ultrasounds here as they are family friendly which is great because i have 3 other small kids.

Definitely deserve 5 stars. Being a first time mom I was extremely nervous, I wasn’t sure what to do and where to start but all of the employees at the pregnancy center were so kind and caring from start to finish. They gave their full attention, they were informative, and they made me feel 100% comfortable. Even gave us a baby blanket and shoes before we left. Will definitely visit again!
