i would be giving a 5 star review if i wasn’t made to feel completely terrible and caused to have a panic attack in my vehicle… the staff is great, but the lady at the front desk that was working today on December 3rd 2025, at 2:15pm-2:20pm. i walked in and mind you, the few times i have been here i had to go through the drive thru. nobody has told me differently.. so she tells me that i need an appointment. i said calmly “oh im sorry i had no idea because last time it was different than this” and then proceeded to ask her “do you happen to know of any other places that i could try to get some diapers from?” and she got very rude and said loudly “NO” so i just said okay, i went to grab my purse to leave and she asked if it was just diapers i needed and i said yes. so she did something on the computer, then told me i could come back in a week.. and then a lady brought out some diapers and formula. ( that lady was so sweet ) so when i told the lady at the front desk “thank you” she literally said to me “yeah and what you said was uncalled for and your attitude” i just looked at her very confused and said quietly “okay…?” and then she said with a very rude tone “now be on your way” excuse me? but i didn’t do anything to be treated nor talked to in that manner. very rude, hateful and unprofessional. get someone new up there! that person is making yall look terrible to be honest. we already feel bad enough needing to ask for help for our children!! do NOT make us feel worse. ugh.

Infant Crisis Services provides formula, diapers, food and clothing for babies up to 4 years old. There are no income requirements since they're privately funded but they depend on donations & volunteers! They take you on a tour so you can learn all about them when you volunteer.
