10/10 if you had a choice to go somewhere I would recommend this place, amazing place, safe place, and amazing workers.

We had an incident at last night‘s flourish class were they gave my baby the wrong bottle. I tried to explain to Miss Ashley that HSV one is transferred through saliva and then it was a serious matter that they gave my baby someone else’s bottle my baby could’ve been allergic to whatever it was in the bottle Miss Ashley spoke to me as though I was a child and told me that I was overreacting. Miss Ashley is immature and unprofessional. When an issue happens, you should handle the issue. It is required that you leave your children in the Playroom for kids, but the adults that are watching them are clearly incompetent. There has been no follow up to see if my baby is OK. I spent hours in the hospital last night making sure that my child was OK miss Ashley framed it as though it was my choice to bring him there so it was my fault that it had happened this is not even the first incident that has happened due to Hope Clinic Miss Ashley framed me as a liar and said that I had only been to the classes two times when it’s 10 points per class and I have over 100 So clearly, the people watching your children are not the only incompetent ones they will not change your children, and your children will be sitting in poop or pee the entire time that you Are in the class despite you leaving diapers and wipes for them they say that they are here to help families, but they’re only in it for the tax write off
