Hand ’n Hand has meant more to our family than words can fully capture. From before my son turned one until he was two years old, this center consistently provided us with diapers, wipes, and other essentials that made a real difference in our daily lives. But what truly set Hand ’n Hand apart wasn’t just the help — it was the people. Every Wednesday when I walked through the doors, I was greeted with kindness, warmth, and zero judgment. The staff and volunteers were always welcoming, supportive, and genuinely happy to see us. It never felt transactional; it felt like community. As a parent, those small moments of being seen and supported matter more than you realize. From me — and from my two-year-old son, Michael — thank you for showing up for us during such an important season of our lives. Barnhart is incredibly lucky to have a place like Hand ’n Hand.
