tried to schedule an ultrasound because I haven't been seen by an OBGYN yet and I just wanted to make sure my baby even has a heartbeat in there at the very least. Then the woman on the phone literally just sat there for 5 minutes lecturing me on how an ultrasound isn't gonna do me any good, i need to be more proactive and actually call my insurance, i don't need an ultrasound I need labs and prenatal care. Told me I'm going to become a liability if I dont get seen immediately and then asked me if i even knew what "liability" meant. Talked to me like I was stupid, interrupted me, didn't listen and assumed that i had done nothing for my pregnancy despite me telling her I did. We hate this clinic. 6 minute phone call and the unprofessionalism was INSANE. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully by somebody that claims to be a medical professional. Mind you, she declined my first call, and the second call I hear her pick up while driving and is just annoyed at me the whole phone call. Terrible service.

Stay very far away from this business, specifically Debbie. She is absolutely useless, wasted our time, and refused to give an ultrasound, even after scheduling us for one, having us come down, then telling us to come back in a week for one and then telling us we can't get one there. We could have already gotten one done somewhere else if they were just flat out not going to do it. Complete waste of time and added a bunch of stress to our lives that was unneeded and they were VERY informed and spreading misinformation. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. -10 / 10

This “clinic” is nothing but a brick and mortar to spread anti-choice rhetoric and false information around reproductive healthcare. They opt to instill fear around abortion services rather than ensure their clients are provided comprehensive and non-biased healthcare information. In order for women, especially potentially vulnerable women, to make educated, well-informed decisions about their own body, whether they are considering abortion or not, they deserve to work with and be treated by objective, well-educated clinicians. It is irresponsible for this organization to provide any kind of reproductive advice. Also, it should be a red flag to anyone considering their services that they encourage teen marriage so that the child will “benefit from their father’s name and income,” which to me, reads that they are implying a mother’s name is of no consequence.
