This is what’s called a CPC. They are filled with medical misinformation and anti-choice rhetoric. They will NEVER perform an abortion here, nor will they refer you to anyone who can perform one. If you want non-biased and factual information, go to a planned parenthood where you can get legitimate information and know ALL your options. They will post a comment back about not knowing what their services are. Call them. Ask them if they perform abortions. Likely, they won’t tell you by phone so that you will have to come in and they can get a chance to talk you out of an abortion. Or they will lie to you. Do NOT go here if you seek abortion care or have questions about it .

My advocate, Sarah was stellar. She was super knowledgeable, attentive, caring, and kind. I would wholeheartedly recommend this center, the entire staff is kind, attentive, and caring. I believe they’re there to truly help you make an informed decision. This center & its staff are a godsend!!!

The experience was absolutely amazing! My ultrasound technician Kelsey was super sweet, relatable, and a joy to be around! It was great to see my little one, and I am extremely grateful and blessed to have gone to Colorado Springs Pregnancy Clinic in Fountain.
