My name is Inez and I went to clearway clinic for an ultrisound to see how far along I was and for some additional information. All of the staff there was extremely helpful and informative. And even though I was planned on getting an abortion, they explained side affects and other options without trying to force me to change my mind. I had Jessie (or Jesse I forgot) as my main person to speak with and she was amazing, honestly deserves a raise if you offer those. I would highly recommend coming here for information and tips. I also even like that they help out the men also who are struggling and everything is free! (p.s) dont listen to the 1 star review people, they clearly didnt read clearways disclaimer about not doing abortions or surgery)

I contacted Clearway Clinic to confirm a viable pregnancy and mentioned that I was experiencing right side pain. Before reporting my pain level as a 7 out of 10, I clearly explained to Amy that the pain is not extreme, I’m not bleeding, and it only occurs when I walk. I was unaware that a 7 is considered severe, and no one at the clinic explained the pain scale to me. Despite this clarification, the clinic refused to see me, stating they had to go with my initial report. During the call, the nurse also became frustrated with me and asked, “Are you a nurse?” which felt dismissive and condescending. This left me feeling ignored, unsupported, and disrespected. While I understand the need for safety protocols, the lack of empathy, flexibility, and proper communication made the experience unfair. I have experienced similar symptoms in previous pregnancies and am familiar with my own body.

The best experience I’ve ever had, everyone is very welcoming sweet and gentle definitely very patient w. Kids if you bring your kid with you just all around amazing and definitely recommend to everyone ❣️🫶🏻
