In response to the owner: My issue is about misleading language and lack of privacy regulations. A name like “Choices” is purposefully misleading, as you are without question a pro-life religious organization (in contrast to the pro-CHOICE movement). And in fact, I wasn’t asking if you would provide abortions— I was stating that you won’t even refer them. The privacy policy can change at any time per the website but it is great that people can take your word for it that you all are abiding by hipaa standards, although nothing contractually binds you— as is also clear on the website. As such, your clinic is also not subject to the regulatory oversight that governs legitimate medical clinics. My statement still stands: This is NOT a true medical facility! This business claims to provide medical care, but their website says that the information they present “should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional and/or medical advice.” They also claim to adhere to strict confidentiality laws, however, despite being “a medical care provider” they somehow do not not engage in any transactions covered under the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). AGAIN, YOUR PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION IS NOT PROTECTED UNDER HIPAA. People are being misled by this website and by these marketing schemes to assume their PHI is protected and to assume that they are receiving true medical care, which is false. In fact, this clinic grossly neglects their responsibility to use honest and unbiased language when presenting information online and when facilitating patient consent. They claim to provide abortion counseling because they “want you to know all of your choices” but also state that they do not refer abortion providers. They are a religious organization masquerading as a medical facility.

This was an amazing experience. I had the pleasure of working with Mindy and there are no words to describe what a delight she is and honestly the rest of the staff, but I bonded most with Mindy. This is the place to start if you think you might be expecting ❤️

Best Experience all of time, the nurse Lauren was amazing and very formative. She was extremely sweet and answered all my questions and especially to the front desk girl I apologize I didn’t catch your name but you were also kind for even allow me a same day appointment. I honestly cannot wait to go back!!!

The best experiences I’ve ever had at a clinic. They are the most compassionate/sweetest people, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place.
