CareNet is NOT a healthcare provider! They are only interested in coercing pregnant patients into staying pregnant. They don't have any actually doctors, and will not provide pregnancy care. If you are pregnant, please contact a local provider (Lovelace, Presbyterian, and UNMH can all provide pregnancy care), and not this fake clinic. If you don't wish to be pregnant, contact Planned Parenthood, or UNM Reproductive Health Center. CareNet is NOT a healthcare provider!

CareNet has been nothing but a blessing in our lives. The staff is super friendly and the generosity has been abundant to us. They truly have eased the burden of being a first time parent! I highly recommend any new or upcoming parents to see everything they have to offer!

I was a volunteer at this location from 2012-2014 (when I had very different beliefs), and I know firsthand that this is a fake clinic. The only medical service provided is an ultrasound, but the ultrasound isn’t even for medical diagnostic purposes (at the time I volunteered the technicians were not even qualified for this). The ultrasounds are only for emotional manipulation. Even if you do want to give birth they provide a pittance of resources, and only after you spend a bunch of time watching parenting videos to “earn” them. You are much better off going to Planned Parenthood for those as well. Now that I have my own kids I realize how little support places like this provide and hope one day it gets shut down.

This place was incredible. Not only they provided with a free pregnancy confirmation but they also did a free ultrasound where I was able to see my baby’s heart beat! I am not sure why they have negative reviews to be honest, I think they were all beautiful and kind women. They provide so many information and resources as well as a diaper program where you can get free diapers!! I definitely support this place and I hope they can grow and have more support to help us pregnant women.

I had an hour long conversation with a lady from CareNet. It was beautiful and meaningful. I was so surprised to see so many negative comments…until I looked into some of the commenters and it all made sense. “Carmen S” copied and pasted the exact same one-star negative review for all of the CareNet branches in New Mexico. Another one-star review from “Carmen Landau” caught my eye because I’ve heard of her - she is actually an abortionist who works at Southwestern Women’s Options and was sued in a wrongful death lawsuit associated with her services. She testified that SWO sent 17 women to the ER after botched abortions in a 4 year period. Ladies…maybe there are some people at CareNet who give the wrong vibe sometimes. But they are a non profit, have so many free services - how could they be in this for the money? They obviously care enough to volunteer their time and try to help. Just call and see for yourself. Maybe you’ll be helped by the conversation like I was.
