Pregnancy Choices Indy is a group of five pregnancy resource centers in Central Indiana that offer confidential services free of charge to clients. Services include free pregnancy tests, ultrasound exams, peer counseling, and support for men. They also provide education on pregnancy options, fetal development, and healthy relationships and offer referrals for prenatal care and maternal and baby supplies. The organization is committed to providing accurate information about abortion procedures and risks and does not perform or refer for abortions. They support clients without regard to age, race, income, nationality, religious affiliation, or disability, and ensure clients are treated with kindness and compassion. They also offer post-abortion recovery support for those impacted by the loss of a child to abortion.
