The ultrasounds are non-medical and there are NO doctors or trained midwives on staff. Alternatives offers caring support for men and women facing an unplanned pregnancy. I have visited their office, met their kind staff and seen the closet of supplies they offer for free to those in need. They are not judgmental, but very supportive and helpful. I spoke with one woman who had excellent experience at Alternatives and was connected with a local adoption agency and provided the support she needed for her decision. They are not a medical center, but they can connect you with some medical services if you need them.
