This place used to be nice back when I first started the program. Cayle was a sweetheart and always willing to help. So wasn't Olivia. I've been in this program since my daughter was born. My daughter is now almost 3. I still had 93 credits I EARNED to spend even though I stopped taking classes this previous summer. The center mainly focuses on infants 0-2Y. But you're also limited to 1 per specific items, per visit. If I were to get her wipes, I'm only allowed one package. It ends up getting to the point you have so many credits that you can't even use them and you can't use them on other kids you know in need either. Never once has this ever been an issue. Just ends up being a waste of time in the long run. Had to forfeit 9 classes worth of credits because they refused to let me get stuff that wasn't specifically for my daughter. Wether it be my child or another child in need, it shouldn't matter if it's my credits I'm spending that I earned. This program was good but clearly it now needs a lot of work. The woman there today left a bad taste in my mouth and was extremely rude. Telling me I can "bless" my sister's baby with an outfit or two but that's all. Then proceeded to give me a card to give to my sister if she wanted to attend classes to get items herself. As if she has the means to join the program. I ended up just forfeiting my 90 or so credits. Which is equivalent to over 6 hours of my time wasted watching and discussing videos. Not to mention I had to do a schedule change at work just for my not so great last experience shopping at the "boutique" of donated items. I also wanted to add that they follow you and question you 90% of the time you're "shopping". Wether it be asking what you need, what are you looking for, or about your home life. I don't find it welcoming, I find it overbearing. Some people just want to shop without someone breathing down their neck, acting as if you're going to steal their valuables. Some people aren't there for something specific and would like to browse. I also find this odd considering I thought the whole point of this program was confidentiality but they sure do ask a lot of personal questions that shouldn't even be a topic of conversation.
