Hi I’ve been going to access for about 4 years and a couple of months ago me and my sister had a baby around the same time so due to me not having transportation at the time my mom would pick my diapers up so the week before she had picked up some stuff for my sister so when I went to pick my own stuff up for the month they told me that I couldn’t get anything because I had already gotten my diapers for the month. Me and my mom tried to explain to them that they were getting me and my sister mixed up because our names are very similar but had they asked to see my sister I’d that wouldn’t have happened. I tried to go back and get diapers and they told me that I couldn’t come back anymore because they said that I caused confusion but I didn’t do anything but I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau

This place is absolutely amazing, they really keep you in mind if you need anything that pertains to your pregnancy and/or the baby, and they try to assist you with literally whatever it is that you need. I’m 7 months pregnant almost and they’ve already donated a bassinet, a Moses basket, a car seat, a swing, and a bunch of miscellaneous baby items/clothes as well as maternity clothes to me. Last time I was there which was last week, I asked them to keep in mind that I need a crib, and I got a phone call today saying that they had one and they wanted to know if they can have someone deliver it to me. They really are sweet people. Ms. Pam is great.

This place is heaven sent as I wasn't able to even get seen by my obgyn until another good month! Access took me in and made me feel like home. Treated me like they can give me answer which they surely have it without any doubt before I even left. They provide assistant in many ways if you believe you are pregnant and can help you in others ways to getting you all the financial help from other source. I came here looking to get an ultrasound to see if I had a viable baby and was hoping to be a patient, but due to being high risk patient I had to be referred to one. I highly still recommend this place and would refer others as this place will help all walks of life in need! Thanks to them! We got to see our baby heartbeat to save our sanity because our actual doctor appointment wasn't until another month and from there who knows when a ultrasound would then be scheduled due to COVID-19 appointment are harder to get right there and then. I could be waiting to have an ultrasound as far out as 2-3 months base on other pregnant friends I have. So this appointment truly mean the world to me by letting have hope that everything is just okay. Btw Margaret who did our Ultrasound is very compassionate in what she do and kindly will make you feel at ease with any questions! Note: After this appointment. I was able to get my high risk doctor and I was right the next available ultrasound would be in 2 months. Beside that...Access contacted me recently to touch base if I needed anything in the meantime they would kindly able to assist in any way they can about my pregnancy. That just a blessing because I had a lot i needed answer and they have doctor's that can advise and assist if you needed any kind of help. Highly recommend!
