Worked with a women named Madeline Shultz. Let’s just say she lies and doesn’t like to care for the victims she’s assigned. She lied to me and also others stating she’s been a help for me since I been strangled in July and recently my home was broken into. She’s called me at least 6 times since and the first two phone call were pretty long. And the last 4 were very short. She hasn’t helped or reached out to me in a long time and she sat over the phone lying to me stating she’s helped me and talk to me everyday since I been victimized. She hasn’t called me or helped me with anything. Shes been more of a problem then help

Treated my mother very poorly as she stayed at the wavy for support and help. When the time for her discharge came, they packed all her stuff up in garbage bags and had absolute disregard to her personal items mixing her liquid with dry items no remorse or care for any items to be damaged, also packed up another residence items/ belongings with hers and told her they were all her belongings to move. Would recommend management take charge of their employees to make sure they’re treating their residence with care and respect as they have been through enough.

I appreciated all of the kind staff at WAVI for taking care of my wife, who was trying to rebuild her life after a long bout with meth addiction. You truly great partners in the fight against all types of violence, whether it be directed at men, women, or children. All things necessary for the children of tomorrow.
