I believe it’s only right that I start off by stating, Women’s Resource Center(WRC) has truly changed my life for the better; I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge WRC as, a business, a safe house, and as an entity. And how it became my beacon of light in the mist of some of the darkest times in my adulthood. I entered into the Safe-house, scared, uncertain, unstable, and alone. But quickly my apprehension retreated as I realized I was surrounded by a entire group of women (and some men) who have given their hearts and dedicated their purpose to helping women just like me take the necessary steps towards a fresh start for myself and my family. The one thing I loved about WRC they made it a habit of reminding the women to “self care” they allow you time to breathe, think and be introspective, meditation and other outlets and that’s monumental in deciding your next steps! I was provided with tools/resources to help me on my way to being self-sufficient, as well as constant reminders from several staff members/volunteers, that I also had a support system, a tribe of women wanting to see me win. Although she is no longer here with us on this earthly plane,When I arrived at Women's Resource Center she definitely was my angel in disguise, and one of the most caring staff members I ever had the pleasure to meet. The entire staff is dedicated, and they really do try everything in their power that they can to help even given at times with little resources to do so . There’s not an amount of words I can fathom to describe how much I admire, and how grateful I am to such a… Thoughtful, kind, caring, composed authentic, mighty, balanced person as Ms Bee. Barbara Gibson is the paradigm of a Life coach,and great Director. Although I don’t want to give the misconception that it was easy to be in that situation, I just know from my experience, the people that I interacted with cared,they did their part, and it was up to me to do mine! the road will not be easy from victim to becoming a survivor, but I beg of you please don’t be discouraged, because it is more than worth it. Surly obtainable and absolutely possible to LIVE again 💜

I have been with this organization for years and I had the best experience here the help me with stability housing and help with financially they really care about me and my kids I love the staff there Miss Barbara is a wonderful person she's in angel I thank you for all the staff the care about every women that walk though the door. this organization has been the best experience of my life since ive been here in Georgia

The worst experience ever. They don’t care about your safety or reservations. No one can ever answer my questions, the person that can is always unavailable, messages don’t get returned. I’ve reached out for 3 different situations with no results. At this point my safety net would be to relocate from GA
