I want to take a moment to say thank you to Ms. Barbara Gibson, Tess Adams and Jacquline Ferguson & a lot of woman I connected with from the depths of my heart. When I was at one of the lowest, most painful points in my life, your center gave me more than just safety—you gave me hope, strength, and the courage to rise again. You didn’t just shelter me you believed in me when I couldn’t believe in myself. The support, resources, and compassion you poured into me and others like me are life-saving and life-changing. Because of you, I’m no longer just surviving I’m healing, growing, and reclaiming my life. I will always be grateful for the parts you all played in my journey. Thank you for being a safe place when I had nowhere else to turn. I my children and I will forever be grateful & thankful this community of family🤎

I’m truly grateful for WRC and my incredible Housing Occupancy Specialist, who has gone above and beyond. This program didn’t just help me be safe—it’s supported me through many steps of rebuilding my life. From providing a safe place, food, and personal care items, to helping me find and settle into affordable housing, the care I received was genuine and consistent. I was also connected with mental health support and financial literacy resources that helped me heal emotionally and rebuild my life with confidence and independence. I’m not just a survivor—I’m safe, I’m moving forward with strength, and I’m thriving. I am the driver of my new future because of God and the continued support of the WRC program. And I want to thank my Housing Occupancy Specialist, who has been so intentional in supporting me with continued guidance and compassion. The resources available through this nonprofit, paired with her care, have made a tremendous impact. I just want to say thank you—from the bottom of my heart.
