They have helped my kids and I more than I can count and I'm very appreciative for that. However the staff has a hard time forgiving and letting go, I called recently to receive help and they denied me for a year now saying incorrect information about me, false allegations and I'm not pleased with them lying on me saying in banned from a hotel ? NEVER. And the shelter? Why am I keep getting denied. They definitely don't help anyone anymore, when it's an emergency. Dylan is the BEST worker they have got

unfortunately this is the fakest Domestic violence shelter you'll ever see they kick groups of women and children out with no where to go for violating petty rules that way they don't have to use "funding" they receive from community action to help you they kicked a house mate out that has heart issues i went to take her food in the car that we were allowing her to sleep in after they decided to call the police on her for sleeping in the car near the shelter( not on the property )and proceeded to kick me out for taking food to her "because i was violating house rules" by meeting close to the house with someone who stayed there the day before and Sunni is the fakest of all she made sure to stick her head out the door and ask if we were going on a "walk" just to confirm so she could kick me out shortly after i took her food

Is very controlling when it comes to what can be done. My mother and my little sisters can’t leave because of a verbal fight. I didn’t realize it was legal to keep someone trapped inside by threatening that if they left they couldn’t come back. Some “resource center” 🤦🏻 fix yourselves
