I don't know how they are in person but on the phone I kept getting a rude worker who cuts me off and interrupts ,asks questions and doesn't let me answer ,cherry picks what to talk about and they need to work on their social skills. This review is based on phone interactions. They seem extremely hesitant to answer any questions on how they can help, give the brush off to people coming from out of town like they're banned even when they are in the process of relocating like they're hobos trying to get freebies. Why do you even have a phone if you aren't going to let anyone talk ? I've called them for a yr and felt like u had to give a full quick bio in 30 seconds and then it's like I'm talking too much. If I wanted that I'd talk to my abuser or his family.

I went there today for a protective order, as a man i always thought they were pro women, and was i wrong they treated me not as a man but a person. And I really appreciate it. The girl that helped me was very kind and caring Thanks so much for your time and patience with me. But i would like to add sam you should always return people's phone calls regardless.
