Have no idea what they are talking about. The person I spoke to was also very rude. My order is through WV. They enforce it. She told me I have to talk to my state which I already did and that my state enforces, which they don’t they only distribute what WV gives them, then asks is that all and hung up. They have been taking money from my ex WITHOUT an order as she said they do not have it and have NOT been giving the payments to us nor my state. I let him know bc it’s his money they are stealing and he still will owe me and likely is incurring interest on it when it shouldn’t be. Hopefully he has better luck!

I've never had any problem with contacting this office, and I have always been treated with respect. Just wanted to say good job and thanks.

My son is now 27 years old, and his father owes me several thousands of dollars. Kelly Kemp has been the child support lawyer since the time he was born, and has never lifted a finger to assist my case. I recently had a call from one of her office workers that informed me that they would be glad to just "drop the case" since only about $100 of it would actually go to their office. I told her absolutely not, because I should be reimbursed for the expenses that he owes me for. Now, today, I hear that someone I know, who is only two months behind, is having a warrant issued for his arrest, mainly because she is friends with the mother. This is unethical, and quite unfair to people that are not her friends. We should all have the same vigor put into our cases. I will be emailing her office today, and she is about to have a very difficult time coming up. Ms. Kemp deserves zero stars, but there wasn't an option for that.

So I made an attempt to contact this office and when doing so the female who I spoke with was the rudest most unprofessional Ive had to speak with....I told her she was not going to speak with me in such a manner....Her reply was "She didnt work for me!" So she can talk how she wanted...Just an fyi folks thry take ya to jail now for interest..I am in total shock to take someone to jail for that!!! I asked to speak with a Supervisor and she said he could call me back that if he took calls from everyone who asked he wouldnt get no work at all done!!! I am so in shock right now..ppl who owe 30k and then interest!!! The interest goes to jail!
