How do you get ahold of these people? Phone calls are endless holds, emails do not get answered. If I drive to Charleston, can I speak with someone then?

The representative I spoke with was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of listening to my concerns, they kept interrupting me and made no effort to actually assist with my issue. It felt like they didn’t want to help at all, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. When people reach out to Child Support, it’s usually because they genuinely need guidance and support and this type of treatment only makes a difficult situation worse.

Doing a Google deep dive to see what I can do to help myself and my child after 16 years of complete and utter uselessness from the WVBCSE... Not the least bit surprised to see reviews still claiming they're as awful as they have been since I started dealing with them. Word of advice ladies, you don't need the BCSE to file a Petition for Contempt. I'm just gonna be diving a little deeper to see if there's anything I can file against the BCSE themselves for not ENFORCING the court order.
