I call to see how were they doing because there is benefit to getting where the elderly take advantage of the things most people should be doing once they hit a certain age, and that's not be at home or lonely place. It's the Fun house I call it.

This foundation may need more support or resources themselves. I’ve been calling every Thursday morning at 8am for the last month. I’ve even called back to back for 2+ hours on a number of occasions. The phone will continuously ring. It is extremely time consuming to call. When someone FINALLY answers around 10am, “there are no more appointments available.” Their voicemail states due to “high call volume.” I’m wondering WHO actually gets rental assistance through their Thursday appointment calls!

If I could give less than 1 star I 100% would. These people have the audacity to call themselves Wesley Community center when in actuality they're not here to help the community at all. They supposedly help people who are in need of assistance with their rent. Yet for the past 3 months while I've been unable to work I have called and gone to their website on multiple occasions trying to get assistance and to no avail was I able to get help. They tell you to call every Thursday after 8am so you can set up an appointment to come in and try to get assistance. Yet every Thursday after 8am for the past 3 months when I call the only thing that happens is the phone rings repeatedly and noone answers at all. Yet when I try to call them back later in the day someone miraculously answers and comes up with a lame story saying we ran out of appointments for the day already yet I start calling right at 8am and noone ever answers so I'm like how could you possibly have made appointments when noone ever answers the line? I feel this place should be closed and they also need to update their website and remove the part about rental assistance. Because that is clearly a lie and they are not here to help the community with their rent. They're only here to make people's situations even worse than they already are
