Katherine guided me through the drop box submission while ensuring me that it was not a conspiracy; which I found very entertaining.. so I felt safe presenting her with my conspiracy driver's license.

Very friendly employees and trustworthy! When you're prepared and made copies, you're helping them saving thier time and work. Very blessed to have thier application processing quickly.

I am so grateful for WHA! It's amazing that this is a federal program there to help people. I have heard others complain about it, but I don't understand why. Yes, they have to know your business, keep up to date with everything about your income, inspect your apartment once a year, and have rules. What is the problem? They paying for part of your home!! Give them anything they need!! Anyway, I've have a wonderful experience with any staff I've dealt with. Be polite, be grateful, be open. If you do that, it will all work out. 😀
