Got several emails saying they would help with deposits but they won't I'm on disability and all they want to tell me is get a Job they don't care. They say they Will help but give excuses instead. My significant other is fighting for her disability and they told her to get a Job or sell the veichles we currently sleep in because we are homeless.... We can't pay deposits because living in RV park temporarily is expensive, propane to cook food is expensive. Do they care no, so I will not refer anyone to this place as it's just a place that seems to keep the money given to them to help. I have several emails says call and we will help with deposits for energy Bill's or to get into a place until you call them then they say they won't help. This place doesn't care at all about the homeless and as soon as homeless find a home they ramp up the they can't help with anything but tell you to call back and they will help .... People are rude on the phone and disrespectful twords the disabled

They said they'd pay my rent twice now so I wouldn't come homeless and didn't either time. They need to be investigated and closed down for lying to people and not carrying out what they promise. Workers don't seem to know how to do their jobs right. They tell you one thing then do another. Poor place and communication from them.

They helped the dv parent get custody, even tho they went with me, when the child got checked out at the hospital. &The divorce court is a phony. It's all about getting money for child support

Roz is one of the sweetest, most kindhearted people I know. When I stayed at the Madge Phillips shelter 4 yrs ago, she always had a smile for me & my (late) wife, and a word of encouragement as we looked for an apt. And Roz always loves to see me and hear about how well I'm doing when I have business there. Waypoint helped my wife & I with phone calls, and with finding resources to get our daily needs met. They truly care about each person they encounter and do their utmost to help them get back on their feet. ❤️❤️❤️
