I've got a roof over my head and I'm not homeless. Everything else can be worked out. I'm grateful and thankful because I was sleeping in my car and staying at hotel rooms before I moved to my place. Are there things to complain about? Yes. Is it fixable? Yes. Regardless I'm blessed until I can do better.

I lived in one of Urban Housing's communities for 3 years and loved it! It was a safe and calm environment. If any maintnance issues arise they would come quickly to fix it. I loved our time lived there! I first lived in a 1 bedroom and then on a 2 bedroom and both were excellent.

Your experience is what you make of it. I lived in one of their properties (26th and Clarksville Phase 2) for a year and a few months, and I never had any major issues. Anytime I needed maintenance they came right away. At first the parking was a little rough, but it got a lot better even though I may have had to walk a bit farther. If you pay your rent on time and follow the minimal rules they put in place, you too will have a pleasant experience. These are super affordable and kept up. Thank you UHS for the pleasant experience I had while living here.
