Emailed over a week ago explaining my situation and considering what I've read on the website, I do qualify for help but noone has responded. It doesn't help that when you call, it tells you to press 6 to speak to someone then when you select that option, it immediately tells you to go to the website which is why I emailed and called in the first place. I would love to be able to think differently about this place but it seems there's no way to get in touch with them even through an email when I read others reviews and that seems to be how they got in contact with someone.

Mr. Quincy and Ms. Amber are amazing at what they do. They worked with me, found an apartment they thought best suited me and my children and seemed like they really cared for the well being of me and my children. To be able to have worked with them was all my pleasure.

Honestly, I went to them for help. The people there had no knowledge of anything, I mean nothing!!! Only thing i got was an application and told to fill it out. When I asked a few questions they didn't know or they wasn't allowed to answer? What are they even doing here? Just to collect donations? What about all things I read on the web-site?? I went thru hell just to get to there establishment.. maybe I didn't look homeless enough lol or maybe bc I already had a car so they expected for me to continue to live out of it..? Idk but now this place is a joke to me. And still in the same situation with the same amount of income except now I don't even have a car to live in...🤦 Cant afford insurance
