Took a relative there to finish/correct their Medicaid Ap. After being told we could get this done here, once there they tried to send us to 64 and Florist. I questioned this, and they told us to go have a seat along with having a message that we would be waiting at least an hour. Not so, a kind young lady approached in about 20 minutes and took us to her desk in a back room and helped in getting the forms correct and finished. Bravo, to her! When this was completed, I asked why they wanted to send us elsewhere. Her response was I truthfully don't know, but sometimes we sit idle for hours.

It was great to speak to someone directly and in person. There was no wait and the staff was great.
