It is a very safe place with wonderful people. The staff are excellent—very helpful and kind; they always treated me and my daughters well. Alicia, Mustafa, Keyla Pieper, the Filipino lady, Maik, Selin, the art teacher—thank you all so much for everything. I highly recommend them 💯. I love that whole team dearly and will miss you all. I was told one night they had no room call in morning, then next morning and I called they said they had no room and were down for maintenance, and didn't know when It was gonna be available, sounds like discrimination to me, some emergency housing to me, beyond sad, homeless for two weeks, thanks for nothing public services. This is where my tax dollars go.

As a student planning on going into the criminal justice worforce, im appalled by the disrespect I have been given on just trying to get a questionnaire completed with their community outreach team. The disrespect goes as far as the front desk operaters hanging up on me mid sentence, I pray those who need help aren't getting treated as poorly as I am.
