Hi Topeka rescue mission 👋! I'm giving you a good review even if I haven't been there in quite awhile. It's a good place to stop and rest for a weary homeless traveller. Thank you for all you've done, but please take care of the community that supports you. Jesus Loves you 🕊️!

It seems this is more about enabling bad people and bad habits then helping people. I've called to talk about it and they quickly dodge the issue and are unwilling to address it. I've seen way more bad then good come from them and unfortunately unwilling to talk about a better future. I understand the want to help people but it's destroying my neighborhood. I'm tired of the crime, vandelisem, and littering on the river. Consider your donations to a different Charity please.

The way they talk to people is absolutely disgusting, we’re talking about people that are already beaten up by life and treated poorly by most… just to be kicked while you’re down.Had a good friend turned away and made out to be a liar for trying to get a bed while it was cold and pouring rain. I literally fail to understand how people who advocate hope and help for those in need seem to make those in need feel worse about themselves. Also the shorter supervisor guy seems to have a napoleon complex and gets off on being rude to others unwarranted. Not all homeless people are addicts or looking to take advantage of people, there are legitimately people down on there luck and in need of basic human rights… remember homelessness could happen to anyone at any time, keep that in mind next time you belittle a homeless person Topeka Rescue Mission. doesn’t seem faith based nor religious at all.
