If i could give 10 stars I would I love this Daycare and how they’ve gone above and beyond since Day 1 for my kids that attend. My kids are learning and growing each and everyday here at Tiny Steps Academy and they alert me on every little thing that goes on no matter what! If it wasn’t for the two Directors Ms. Dianca and Ms. Stacey idk what I’d do ! My babies love it here and they love their teachers to death ! S/o to my daughters teacher for helping potty train my daughter ! And Mr. Elijah is always a joy and pleasure in the morning’s when i bring my babies in to drop them off . I Highly recommend it here. I feel i placed my children in a great facility to be watched and treated well and took care of.

Everyone there is awesome. They’re very professional and respectful. I would highly recommend giving them the opportunity and pleasure to care for your loved young ones.

Tiny Steps Academy is one of the most amazing places to bring your child for early childhood development my daughter is a student there and her speech was delayed and she had a hard time sitting still, tiny step has completely turned the child into a little genius, she is now reading, writing, talking and singing, she now help other kids in her class that are falling behind as well, thanks to god for sending me tiny steps academy!!….highly recommended

So today was my daughter first day of daycare at TINEY STEPS ON PASS RD. prior to this day I was back in forth to the school making sure Emmeri had everything she needed: down payments , distric childcare and supplies. I had probably went there 10x before today ! They told me she was good to go and informed me that she can start today. i dropped her off at 6:30 am And went to work ! I get a call at 12pm saying that someone else child needs to start with will make the class RM ratio off so I needed to come pick Emmeri up asap that she couldn’t no longer attend the school! They had my baby there all this time and called in the middle of the day while I’m at work saying pick your child up we are refunding the money she can’t be here. I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me this this morning or Friday ! I’m so sad for my baby she was so happy to be there!! The situation was so unprofessional !! I still haven’t talk to the manager yet ! Nobody knows Any thing ! They kicked my baby out for someone else child.

Communication is not this establishments best attribute. I have called for the owner over a month ago, but to date have not heard back from them. The staff seems friendly but to date no response from the owner on an important matter. The response below still does not justify inadequate communication. I am not attempting to "get my way" but simply communicate with the owner. Yes, I did as I said I would in regards to this review. We were told upon rendering our monies that you could work with us, you have provided 8 days of care for nearly $800. This was a great way for you to line your pockets and not communicate. Additionally, your motto states "No child left behind". All I was requesting was that you honor your motto.
