The worst customer service I ever experienced.

I give Thresholds 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! I have been with Thresholds for nearly 3 yrs. as a Member Participant👍🏻 Being a team member case manger Is a hard job. it takes good hearts and minds to work as hard as they do. 👉It's often thankless work. long hrs. and little pay. 👉Nothing is perfect in this world. having reasonable acceptations helps. 👉Having mental illness. depression & anxiety. and being a high functioning autistic. as I am. is not easy to cope alone. with no family or friends. 👉Thresholds provides good case managers/therapists/advocacy. They have many locations and programs. addressing all manor of needs 🏡 🦷🛌 🩺 and personalities.👍🏻 I cherish them deeply.🌻 👉They have been there for me in my darkest hrs🕯and never given up on me. when others have. 👉They are my people.💕 they are my lifeline.🌈 👉Identifying as an artist. I receive tremendous support and resources. to use art🎨 therapeutically. One must feel safe to play and do art. 👉Imagine other states. and even countries.😕 that don't provide full spectrum mental health services. such as Thresholds. 👉I am grateful. deeply so. Employee retention and moral is low at this company. The management refuses to address any issues. Bullying against clients and employees is rampant on-going and allowed. No Class!
